Alan Hodgkins parks at the end of the street again blocking access to a public park in a no-parking zone within view of our home.

I feel he’s doing this because of the management change. He hasn’t parked there in months, and I feel he is just acting as though he can do as he likes. The fact he has already called the police on us in the past, makes me think his choosing to sit there is just to instigate us.
