Alan Hodgkins is back in our neighborhood. Heather encountered him as she was driving home from a therapy session.

He made eye contact with her as he drove by. Heather detected a smile.

So we’re back to this again. The USPS obviously does not care about the behavior of their employees nor their impact on people’s lives. It’s apparently totally ok to stalk and repeatedly intimidate someone while on the clock. It’s apparently ok for management to keep people with public evidence of their abuse of their position near the scene of the crime to provide opportunity to repeat it. It’s also apparently ok to threaten people online while on the clock.

If I was Hodgkins’ boss I would have fired him a long time ago. What’s stopping Don Piscatelli and Nick Francescucci?
