Alan Hodgkins resumes his habit of watching Heather drive through the neighborhood from his mail truck.
We haven’t seen him for a couple months- since right around the time we submitted the Federal complaint.
Heather notices him smiling at her as she drives by.
There is a Federal case pending and he is continuing with this behavior. He’s not doing his job. He’s sitting in his truck waiting for her and watching her at the time she comes home from therapy. She goes there to recover from this experience of stalking and harassment, which is now approaching three years on the part of Hodgkins.
The USPS has been able to deliver mail to our neighborhood without being so conspicuously present in the past. This is Hodgkins’ continuation of stalking, plain and simple.
